FacebookTwitterEmailPrintFriendly分享The City of Kenai has a short list of five candidates who could become the city’s next manager. Outgoing City Manager Rick Koch is helping with the search before he departs December 31. The other candidates on the short list include: Steven Dahl, Jim Dinley, Jason Hooley, and Martin Moore. Koch: “Of those five they want to request written responses to questions. The meeting for this Wednesday will be for them to determine what those questions will be.” Koch: “The city charter mandates that the City Manager would live int he city boundaries. That would be found in Section 3-1. In part it says, ‘At the time of the City Manager’s appointment, the City Manager need not be a resident of the city or state, but during the City Manager’s tenure of office, the City Manager shall reside within the city.”last_img read more
